Where needed, I request read-only access to your IT environment, completely safe and non-disruptive. From there, you get a clear roadmap with practical recommendations aligned to your objectives and budget.
Implementation
Detailed plan, your approval, scheduled execution. I manage procurement, configuration, integration, and testing, either independently or working alongside your team and vendors.
Ongoing Support
